Job Duties:
* Provide administrative support across departments, handling special projects and sensitive information with discretion.
* Manage scheduling, prepare documents, perform data entry and filing, and coordinate internal communications to support daily operations.
* Oversee office logistics including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, mail/shipping, and meeting or event coordination.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area to ensure a professional office environment.
* Serve as the first point of contact by greeting visitors, answering and directing calls, and responding to inquiries in a courteous manner.
Requirements:
* High School Diploma or GED required
* Previous administrative or receptionist work experience in an office setting
* Proficient in MS Office 365 (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

* Pay: $20-23/hr
* Schedule: M-F 8:00am to 4:30pm
* Location: 100% In office
* Type: Temporary - ~ 60 days
